| Refundable deposit for possible damage to the building and equipment: | 280 € / whole cottage, 150 € /half of the Cottage |

| Payment: conditions: | deposit (40% of the rental price) must be paid with confirmation of booking, the remaining amount is paid 14 days before arrival (by a transfer to the lessor’s account) |

| Cancellation fees: | less than 13 days before arrival = 100% 14-29 days before arrival = 50 % (without New Year Eve, Christmas and Spring break) 14-44 days before arrival = 50 % (in terms New Year Eve, Christmas and Spring break) |
